Invoices are generated by the VMS
Your team bills from the client's system, so rate changes and hour edits can land wrong without anyone noticing.
Remittances arrive in bulk
One payment covers dozens of invoices, net of fees. A short pay hides inside the total.
Nobody has time to tie it out
Matching four exports by hand every week is slow, so most agencies spot-check and write off the rest.
How it works
From four exports to a recovery list in under a minute
Upload four exports
Timesheets, rate card, VMS invoices and remittance advice. CSV or Excel, with whatever column names your systems use.
Every line is matched
Worker by worker, week by week. Each invoice line is checked against approved time, the contract rate and the payment that actually landed.
Recover with evidence
Each finding has the dollar amount, the reason and the exact source rows. Approve, dispute and track it to recovered, then send your MSP a dispute packet.
What it catches
18 checks on every audit
Each finding is sorted by what to do with it: money you're owed, cash that's stuck, or something to look into.
Missing from invoice
Approved hours that never reached an invoice.
Hours short
Fewer hours invoiced than the timesheet approved.
Overtime billed as straight time
OT hours that slipped into the ST bucket.
Rate below contract
An old or wrong rate still being billed.
Short paid
Payment gross lower than the invoice amount.
Fee over-deducted
MSP / VMS fee above your contracted percentage.
Invoice rejected
Rejected lines that stop the payment clock.
Unpaid past terms
Invoices older than your payment terms.
Remittance unmatched
Payments that don't tie back to an invoice.
Built for accuracy
Numbers you can put in front of a client
A dispute only works if the math holds. Every finding has a rule ID, a severity and the file and row numbers it came from, and the Excel report lists your assumptions.
Cent-exact math
Money is calculated in whole cents and hours to two decimals, so totals never drift from floating-point rounding.
Reads your exports as they are
Columns are matched automatically, and you confirm or fix any match in a click. Corrections and reversals (e.g. 1340, 1340C, 1340.1) are resolved for you.
Tolerances you control
Set your fee %, payment terms and as-of date for each audit. Gaps under $1 are treated as rounding and still counted; anything from $1.00 up is listed.
Private by default
Names, SSNs and other personal-data columns are ignored by the analysis. Every audit belongs to your agency, enforced by row-level security. The demo stores nothing.
See what last month's billing is hiding
Run the demo on sample data, or create an account and audit your own exports.
